Why is that button even there? Maybe they're using a pre-built site?

The Twitter button just leads to and nothing else. This site looks really well made, so I'm wondering how they get their money. The cards themselves are obviously edited, with the codes just slapped on top of a picture of a scratched card. I couldn't find it with reverse image search though. The file names of the images are like img/female1.jpg, img/male1.jpg and img/female2.jpg which is how you wouldn't name files if you knew who they were. I had a bit of a snoop around the website and the testimonials seem to be fake. I don't understand what they are trying to achieve with this website. So they probably have random regions of codes that are already used.
